Rodney Dale

Non Executive Chairman

Mr Dale’s (Fellowship Diploma in Geology (FRMIT) experience expands over 50 years, working in many parts of Australia, Indonesia and Africa on gold, base metals and industrial mineral exploration and mining. He has worked in and managed small gold mines in Western Australia. Since 1970, Mr Dale has been an independent geological consultant with two periods as a director of ASX listed companies. More recently, Mr Dale has been involved with assessment of iron ore projects in Australia, South America, India, China and Africa.

Carl Popal

Non Executive Director

Mr Carl Popal (B. Bus) has more than 20 years entrepreneurial experience covering diverse range of commodities trading, corporate management, minerals exploration, asset management and construction to name some. Previously Mr Popal was Chief Executive Director of ASX listed company Paynes Find Gold Ltd.  Carl is the Managing Director of Ghan Resources Pty Ltd and Popal Enterprise Pty Ltd. Since 2001, Mr Popal has managed several entities conducting international trading. He has over 12 years’ experience in property development and has managed various commercial dealings within a network of companies in various countries around the world including India, China and Malaysia.

Ibrar Idrees

Mr Idrees has a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Finance) from Deakin University and has over ten (10) years professional and corporate experience gained in a diverse range of industries in Australian and South Asia.  Mr Idrees, currently a practicing Accountant has worked in a variety of business development and financial positions in small and large

Eryn Kestel

Company Secretary
Eryn Kestel (BComm, CA) has been Company Secretary at Eclipse Metals Limited since 25 June 2014. Eryn’s core areas of competencies are company secretary matters and company administration. Eryn also serves as a Corporate Compliance Adviser to NKH Knight Holdings Pty Ltd; a financial planning services business that was recently granted an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL 438631). She also serves as a Company Secretary for a number of publically listed junior mining companies. She has extensive knowledge of listed and non-listed companies’ secretarial requirements, document drafting experience and corporate governance issues. Her previous experience is in management accounting for a financial institution and property development. Eryn holds a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accounting.
